Oando Marketing Unveils its New Autocare Centres

Oando Marketing Limited (OML), a subsidiary of Oando PLC and Nigeria’s foremost oil marketing retailer with the largest petroleum distribution platform of over 600 service stations nationwide, has announced the launch of its quick car service franchise called ‘Oando Autocare’.

The Oando Autocare centre is a quick fix car service centre located at selected Oando service stations nationwide with its operations managed by highly skilled professionals with core competence in car service and maintenance. This new franchise is an initiative of the Non Fuel Revenue (NFR) unit of OML with the strategic focus of bringing quality car service and care to the numerous customers of Oando, thereby enriching the portfolio of service offerings at the stations, all to the delight of the customer.

Oando Autocare is managed by several expert partners, one of which is Elizade Nigeria Limited, an accredited Toyota dealer in Nigeria with global standards. As a pilot scheme, Elizade will be commencing operations at three Oando filling stations in Lagos namely; Anthony service station, Marina service station and Marine road, Apapa. In the near future, the plan is to extend number of stations to many more areas of Lagos and other states of the federation.

This is the new Oando Marketing we present to our customers, with the Auto Care service being the latest addition to our bouquet of retail service offerings. Oando Marketing is known for introduction of customer value-adding initiatives one of which was the launch of Oando Pay-As-U-Gas which involves dispensing of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) into the customers’ cylinders using a metered pump, right there on the station forecourt.

The benefits of the Pay-As-U-Gas initiative to customers include flexibility, product integrity, convenience and expert after sales service whilst allowing the customer to retain physical possession of their cylinder. This service is currently obtainable from designated service stations in Lagos, Abuja and Kaduna.
