Olapade Durotoye is the Chief Executive Officer of Oando Energy Resources and the Chief Executive Officer of Oando Exploration & Production. Prior to joining these, he served as the CEO of Ocean and Oil Holdings Group, where he was a core member of the Group Leadership Council and a key part of the Strategy and Execution team for upstream diversification, advising on, and in some cases leading, the acquisition of oilfield assets and drilling rigs.

He joined Oando in 2006 from Schlumberger Oilfield Services, where over 19 years he held roles in field operations, field operations management, line (country) management, human resources management, and business development while working and living in eight countries in Africa, Europe and the Far East.
