Lagos, Nigeria – Oando PLC announces a delay to the publishing of its results for the year ended 31 December 2016.

The Board has approved the audited Financial Statements and we hope to be in a position to file the accounts by close of business on Monday, 03 April 2017 subject to final regulatory approval.
