Vendor Registration Instructions

The form and revalidation process is targeted at all Oando Plc vendors.

1. Click to download the Vendor Registration form (Form A), Due diligence form (Form B) and Non-solicitation form. Note: You must have Adobe PDF installed to fill the forms.
2. Complete all fields in each form.
3. Save and attach completed forms along with ALL the mandatory documents as stated on page 2 of the Form A and send via email to vendorreg@oandoplc.com

All email attachments must not exceed 8MB in size.
