Customer Centre Unit

Oando Marketing Customer Care centre is designed to be a central information handling unit where customers call, visit or write to express their views or concerns on the quality of products and services offered to them by Oando.

The key objective of the unit is to ensure all customer enquiries, issues and complaints are not only captured but promptly resolved. The level of satisfaction of the customer is measured periodically by carrying out a customer satisfaction survey to ensure the unit delivers on its promise.

The unit uses the following channels in capturing customer feedback/ enquiry;

1. SMS Gateway line: 08126111111 for text messages on customers enquiries , issues and complaints.

2. Customer Care Hot Line: +234-1-2702636 for customer call logs.

3. Customer Care Hot E-mail: Customercare@oandoplc.com for e-mails.

4. Self service access link to CCU Portal on http://10.10.9.40:8080/ with screen shot and login details below:
