Head Strategy, Planning & Business Process Re-EngineeringOladunni Ajayi (Mrs.) resumed duties at Oando in July, 2010 as the Head Strategy, Planning & Business Process Re-engineering with the primary responsibility of championing initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance profitability and achieve increased market share across the company’s product offerings.
As Head Strategy, she has championed several cost optimisation and operational efficiency drives, including the review and optimisation of the company’s terminals at Apapa, Port-Harcourt and Onne as well as a Pan-Nigeria Sales team restructuring, covering about 200 employees, expansion of the lubricant’s markets into the west African region e.t.c. Dunni also championed the development and rollout of the company’s loyalty program and execution of the company’s lubricant business expansion.
In her previous roles prior to joining Oando, she was the Vice President; Knowledge & Performance Management, Avaizon Consulting (a member of the Ocean and Oil Holdings Group), 2008, where she was actively involved in championing the Practice and Organizational Development of the company. In 2004, she was the Team Lead & Projects Coordinator; Business Advisory Services, KPMG Professional Services (a member of KPMG Global & Nigeria’s foremost advisory firm). She joined Access Bank PLC Commercial Banking Group and Corporate Banking Group (oil and Gas) in 2000 where she started her career.
Mrs. Ajayi obtained a B.Sc. in Urban & Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University (1999), an MBA from the Lagos Business School (Pan African University) in 2005 and a M.Sc. Finance & Financial Law from University of London (SOAS) in 2010.
