Mrs. Nike Diyaolu is Head, Corporate Services of Oando Marketing Limited. She assumed this position in June 2009.

Prior to this, Nike was the Corporate Recruitment Manager/HR Business Partner for Oando Plc responsible for providing HR Business advice to Oando Supply & Trading, Oando Group Office/Shared Services, as well as recruitment of all management positions across the different entities of Oando Plc.

In February 2008, Mrs. Diyaolu successfully implemented the Graduate Trainee Programme- the first of its kind since the inception of the organization.

Nike’s over fifteen years remarkable career began in Britain in 1993 when she was employed by Chazmal Associates as a Personnel Administrator. In 1994, she moved to the Cabinet Office as Management Development officer and was later promoted to Personnel Administrative Officer. Here she was responsible for providing comprehensive personnel service to about 400 staff across the organization and support for line managers with the day-to-day management of their teams. She was also responsible for carrying out background research and advising government departments’ on various employee development issues and providing draft briefings for Ministers in response to parliamentary questions.

In 2000, she moved to The University of London as the Recruitment Officer; from there Nike went to Heath Lambert Group in 2000 where she stayed until August 2004. She went on to build an impressive career in Human Resources, holding key HR positions at different times in various companies. From HR Manager Timelife International 2004 – 2007, to HR Manager Emap Communications 2007-2008, before joining Oando PLC in 2008 as HR Business Partner.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the Lagos State University and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in the UK.

Nike is also a chartered member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Nike is married with two beautiful children.
