2003

• OEPL was incorporated.
• Awarded a marginal field (Obodeti-Obodugwa OML 56).

2005

• Awarded OPL 278 in the Nigerian bid round as the operator.
• Awarded a participating interest in OPL 282 as the Local Content Vehicle
• (LCV) with NAOC (Agip) the operator.

2007

• Awarded OPL 236 (1652 sq Km) acreages as the operator.

2008

• Assigned a participating interest in OML 125 and OML 134 deepwater blocks operated by NAE (Agip).

2009

• Signed a Financial, Technical and Management Services Agreement (FTMSA)
• with Sogenal Nigeria Limited (Operator) and Exile Resources inc. for the development
• of the Akepo field located in OML 90.
• Production commenced from Obodugwa-1 well in OML 56.
• Bought a 78% interest in Equator Exploration Limited.

2010

• Successfully completed and tested the Akepo 1st well to 2,000 bopd.
