Oando Ghana Limited was incorporated on November 21, 1991. The company is a subsidiary of Oando Plc. The scope of business of Oando Ghana covers the following; marketing of petroleum products, export of petroleum products and export of lubricants to other African countries. Oando Ghana currently operates 27 outlets in Ghana – 5 company-owned and 22 Gallonages.

The Head office is located at B 35, Agostino Neto Road, Airport Residential Area, Accra, Ghana. Apart from the Head Office, there are 5 districts namely Accra 1 and 11 (Retail), Accra (Industrial), Kumasi and Takoradi (combined Retail and Industrial).

Oando Ghana Ltd, as part of a strong international petroleum marketing company, currently offers technical assistance and equipment to Ghanaians with strategically located lands with a view to helping develop them into modern fuel stations.
