We at Oando believe in support services to our customers before and after sales have been made, these services include, but not limited to, the following:
- Training: We undertake local and overseas training of personnel in the aspect of lubrication; this will assist the customers on correct and optimal usage of our product.
- Quality Monitoring: We regularly monitor the quality of lubricants in use by the method of used oil analysis; this will give us an indication of the effectiveness of the lubricant inside the engine.
- Lubrication Survey: This is a service in which we assess your equipment manufacturer’s recommendation as regards to lubes, recommend appropriate quality brand, check and change period and offer advice on quality up-grade in line with the most recent developments in lubrication technology. Our experts will be available at all times to advise and assist in any way possible to improve the life of your equipments and machineries.
