Uche Dimiri is a Physics graduate of the University of Lagos, where he was a ChevronTexaco Scholar. He also has a Masters in petroleum Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt.Prior to joining Oando, Uche was the World Wide Drilling Training Manager, Schlumberger D&M, England, with responsibility for implementing strategic directions of World Wide Directional Drilling Training for Schlumber. Uche has close to 20 years industry experience in the Oil & Gas, with notable experiences in Drilling, Training and Development, Accounts Management, Operations and Sales and Marketing, all with Schlumberger. His working career began in the Schlumberger Nigeria Office, where he was at various times, the Field Engineer, Drilling Engineer Directional Driller, and later, Cell Manager responsible for all services at the well site from 1988-1995. In 1995, he was a Field Service Manager/Location Manager in Warri and later became a Product Champion, Rotary Steerable Systems at Schlumberger D&M Headquarters in Houston, USA before moving to the Paris Office as the Training Development and Staffing Manager. Uche came back to Nigeria with the Oil Field Services unit of Schlumberger as the GeoMarket Accounts Manager, Shell and Oil Field Services Manager, Warri, where he provided account management for all services to Shell. He was later the Operations Manager, North West Africa based in Equatorial Guinea and the Sales and Marketing Manager, Nigeria GeoMarket.

Olusola Falodun

His compulsory one year National Youth Service programme was with Shell Petroleum Development Company in Warri in 1990-1991; where he was employed as a trainee petrophysicist.
Olusola's over fifteen years well rounded career began in 1991, when he was employed by Petrolog Nigeria Ltd, as a Mud Logging Engineer. In 1994, he was promoted to Base Supervisor where he led a team of 25 field staff and oversaw contracts, ensuring his team met management targets. In 1997, he moved to Baker-Hughes Inteq. Nig. Ltd as the Lead Engineer in Field Services, from there Olusola went to Halliburton in 1998 where he stayed until June 2006. He was promoted several times during this period, from field engineer in 1998-1999, to senior field engineer in 1999-2003; and finally Account Manager/Business Development from 2003 to 2006 before joining Oando Energy Services.
Olusola attended several training programmes and has authored several papers including "Optimal Horizontal Wellbore Placement Using New Drilling Technology in the Niger Delta" which was delivered in South Africa at the World Petroleum Congress, September 2005.
