Oando Energy Services Ltd. was incorporated on January 19th, 2005 as a joint venture (JV) between Ocean & Oil Holdings and Oando Plc.

MISSION STATEMENT
To be the products and services “provider of choice” in the upstream oil and gas industry. To always provide Effective Management Solution and Services to our customer’s needs on a day-to-day basis and to remain safe, environmentally friendly and totally customer focused at all times.

Oando Energy Services is an indigenous Energy services company that offers services and solutions that combine domain expertise, best practices, safe and environmentally sound well site operations, innovative technologies, and high-quality support aimed at helping its customers increase oilfield efficiency, lower operating and production costs, improve productivity and increase asset value in a safe, environmentally sound manner. Our Oilfield Services solutions include:

1) Total Fluids Management (Drilling & Completion Fluids)
(2) Drill bits and Engineering Services; (Roller Cone and Fixed Cutter)
(3) Drilling Rigs services

Oando Energy Services is strategically positioned as an integrated oilfield services company and consolidates all activities in the product and services supply value (PSSV) chain thereby delivering well-packaged & better priced "product service bundles".

In achieving its objectives as a world-class energy services provider, the company is strategically aligned with reputable technical partners thereby guaranteeing superior R&D and industry standard HSE controls.

We have increased our capacity to offer Oil Field Service by entering into the drilling rigs business. We plan to consolidate our leadership position by making strategic investments in Drilling Systems before the end of 2008.
