OANDO FLOODS MARKET WITH COOKING GAS

In its commitment to customer satisfaction, Oando Plc has taken immediate delivery of large quantities of cooking gas (LPG) to ensure continuous availability of the product nationwide at affordable prices.

Customers can take immediate advantage of more than 5,000 metric tons of LPG presently in stock while another 5,000 MT is due for circulation within the next couple of weeks. Also, arrangements have been conclude for the continuous availability of this high quality product at the retail outlets and filling plants nationwide.

The company has identified different categories of customers that can immediately start benefiting from these large supplies. These are:

• Retail Customers: Individual consumers who buy at Oando’s retail outlets across the country for home use. Buyers in this category will enjoy guaranteed supply of cooking gas at very stable and affordable prices. They will also have their faulty cylinders refurbished and enjoy excellent customer service at these outlets.

• Commercial Customers: Independent gas filling plants owners who buy bulk from Oando filling plants. Generous discounts will be given to these bulk buyers to guarantee them a reasonable margin on sale.

• Distributors: These are resellers who buy and fill minimum of 50 cylinders from Oando filling plants. Oando would brand such distributors’ sale outlets at no extra cost. They would also enjoy technical support services such as free delivery service; replacement of leaking valves, refurbishment of old cylinders, and free training.

• Industrial Customers: These are industries, hotels and schools with boarding facilities who use cooking gas. They would enjoy Oando’s Vendor Management Inventory Scheme (VMIs), which includes a ‘pay as you go service’, i.e. what you use is what you pay for. They would also have unlimited access to the product on their facility.

This vibrant service offering is supported by Oando filling plants located in Apapa, Benin, Enugu, Kaduna, Jos, Sokoto and Oando service stations nation wide.
