The primary objective of the nationwide promo is to build customer loyalty through repeat purchase. With this, the company plans to surpass its competitors by capturing significant market share in the downstream oil sector and ultimately generating more sales. This retail promo, which is based on a reward system driven by additional product volume will enable loyal customers qualify for instant win gift items, monthly bumper raffle draws and the mega raffle draw, scheduled to take place on the 20 th of December, 2005. The promo is specifically targeted at commercial motorcycle/ tricycle riders (Okada and Keke Marwa/ NAPEP riders) and commercial car/ bus drivers (taxi and danfo) and is designed to run such that:
