The Group Structure

The Group Business Operating model (the Oando Group Structure) includes the Group Office, Operating Entities and the Group Leadership Council – the Group Executive Committee comprising the Group CEO, Deputy Group CEO, Group Office Executives and the CEOs/COO of our different businesses.  The benefit of this structure is the alignment of all the businesses with the Group Vision and strategic direction, a shared understanding of the business imperatives facing the Group as a whole, and individual entities, a better appreciation of inter-company synergies and value creation opportunities through better interrelationships, and finally a strong focus on change management and people issues, business performance monitoring, and strategic solutions development.

In 2005, their was a focus on personal development and effectiveness through the 7 Habits training program from which over 85% of employees across the Oando Group and at all levels of the organisational hierarchy have benefited.
