Oando is Nigeria’s largest energy group with strategic investments in a range of energy companies across Africa. The group is differentiated by the Oando Brand and consists of six main companies namely;

Marketing

The leading oil marketing retailer with over 500 retail outlets in Nigeria and operations in Ghana, Togo, Liberia and Republic of Benin. Oando markets a wide range of products including Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Automotive Gas Oil (AGO also known as Diesel), Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK), Aviation Turbine Kerosene (ATK), Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO), Lubricating Oils and Greases, Insecticides, Bitumen, Chemicals and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG, also known as Cooking gas).

Supply and Trading

Procures and trades a broad range of refined petroleum products and crude oil throughout Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas. The products include Jet A1, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, Gasoline, Dual Purpose Kerosene, Diesel, Low/High Pour Fuel Oil, Naphtha, Base Oil and Bitumen.

Gas & Power

Gaslink, a subsidiary of Oando Gas & Power, is the pioneer and one of the few companies in Nigeria involved in the piping and distribution of natural gas to industrial, residential and commercial consumers.
Its sister company, Oando Power, was set up to serve a niche in Nigeria’s Electricity Supply Industry, providing reliable, good quality power supply to Industrial Customers. Oando Power’s value proposition is to take away the need to generate power by industrial customers thus enabling them to focus on their core businesses.

Energy Services

Oando Energy Services is strategically positioned as an integrated oilfield services company and consolidates all activities in the product supply value (PSV) chain thereby delivering well-packaged & better priced "product service bundles".

Exploration & Production

Oando Exploration and Production Limited (OEPL) is the Lagos-based exploration and production subsidiary of Oando Plc, which has built a portfolio of oil and gas assets in selected African basins since 2003
We continue to source for oil and gas assets either as an operator or in partnership with reputable Nigerian and Multinational companies. We are actively chasing farm-in opportunities with local operators in selected African region.

We enjoy both worlds of ‘International Experience’ and ‘Nigerian Content’ and as such we are better positioned to operate or partner with operator in the Niger Delta.

To date, Oando has spent in excess of $36 million in the acquisition and evaluation of its assets and we are committed to spending more than $100 million in the Exploration/Appraisal of some of our assets in the next few years.

Refining

Oando's Refining Division was set up to bridge the supply gap with respect to petroleum products availability in Nigeria. Oando Refining is spear heading Oando's entry into the refining sector in Nigeria and West Africa. Entry into this sector completes the link for Oando in the oil value chain.
