Paul Okoloko Director

Paul Okoloko was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Oando Energy Services. He completed his Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Benin, Nigeria in 1986. He thereafter worked for several U.S. companies including Bounty Alarms (an independent marketer of A.T&T security systems), as marketing representative and rose to the post of a Sales Training Manager in the same company. As a founding member of the Ocean and Oil Group, he became the Managing Director/CEO of Ocean and Oil Services Limited in 2001.

He was responsible for the overall strategy, business development and management of the company. He was also saddled with the responsibility of developing the company’s upstream products business market, regionally expanding out of its main operational base (Nigeria) by setting up new subsidiaries in other countries in the Gulf of Guinea.
