Oredeji Delano Group Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Mrs. Delano joined the Company 2nd July, 2001 as Legal Adviser and Company Secretary. In addition to serving as the Group Company Secretary, she focuses on ensuring compliance with the Company's corporate governance code of ethics.

Prior to joining the Company, Mrs. Delano worked as the Legal Advisor and Company Secretary of Stallion Property Development Company Limited in 2001. Previously, she was employed at George Etomi & Partners in Lagos, as Head of the Telecommunications and Litigation Department from February 1997 to January 2001. She also served as the Head of Chambers at Akin Delano Legal Practitioners from January 1995 to December 1996. Prior to that, she worked at Chief Rotimi Williams Chambers from January 1988 to December 1995.

Mrs. Delano has practiced on every level of the judicial hierarchy including the Customary Courts, Alkali Courts, Magistrates' Courts and the Supreme Court. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, UK, in 1985 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. She is also a Certified Ethics Officer of the Ethics Institute of South Africa.
