Mr. I. Osakwe is a qualified Chartered Accountant for England and Wales.

Osakwe joined the Board of Oando in March 2000. He serves on the board of Director of Thomas Wyatt Nig. Ltd and FedEx (Red Star Express) Ltd. He was also the Chairman of UBA Trustees Ltd from 1994 to 1996.

Mr. I. Osakwe has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Chemistry from Oxford University.
