Mr. Akinrele (SAN) was appointed as a Non Executive Director of the Company on 21 July, 2001.
He has served as a partner in the law firm, F. O. Akinrele & Co. since 1987. Since 2008, he has also served as a Director of Danos & Curole Marine Contractors Nigeria Ltd. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Akinrele obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London, UK, in 1982 and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cambridge, UK, in 1984. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983.
