General Manager, Business Support Group
Ademola Ogunbanjo is the GM, Business Support Group with overall responsibility for Human Capital Management, Supply Chain and other support functions.
With over 20 years of diverse work experience in organisation design and development, change management, business and operations management, Ademola’s role as a consultant has exposed him to a myriad of organizational challenges and projects, with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Ademola joined Ocean and Oil Holdings in March 2007 as Manager, Energy Investments. He later co-pioneered the start-up of a new OOH subsidiary, Avaizon Consulting Limited, a Strategy, Execution Management and Business Performance Coaching firm he headed as Chief Executive Officer from 2010 to 2013, having previously served as Vice President, Strategy and Execution Management for 2 years.
Prior to joining Oando, Ademola worked at National Bank of Nigeria Limited, MTN’s Sales and Distribution division and Vmobile Nigeria’s (now known as Airtel Nigeria Limited) Corporate & SME Segments division.
