What We Do
Corporate communication strategically engages with Oando’s stakeholders in multifarious ways:
Media Relations
Provide proactive media relations strategy and information to generate high-quality coverage that reflect Oando brand values and customer propositions. Management and monitoring of press reportage of Oando activities; intelligence gathering and regular media evaluation.
We plan and prepare all necessary documents for media briefings and guide Oando spokespersons on media interactions. We also support the Group’s initiatives through specilaised media interventions.
Issues/Reputation Management
We handle all reactive media queries, preparation of statements, Q&As etc in the event of a company-related issue. We define the communication vehicle the company and its spokespersons must utilize at such times to communicate to the publics.
Produce Corporate Literature
We work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure up-to-date corporate information is packaged into brochures, presentations, sound bites multi media channel and other publications for external publics.
Marketing Communications
We help to promote Group’s marketing initiatives through strategic product promotion and sales promotion.
